I’ve come to realise that if you’re not in a good mood due to work, family problems, money worries, bad experiences etc and you finally manage to get out of that state, just remember that some people will try pull you back down. Fuck knows why. What you need to do is: not listen, cut them people out of your life. Believe that you deserve to be happy and enjoy your fucking life. From personal experience, feeling depressed/down is absolutely horrible. Never let yourself fall like that. Stay strong, stay motivated, choose to be around great friends & family and keep smiling. Drowning in a puddle of pity will only waste your time.
Train my arse off all month, 3,000+ calories a day. Gained 2lb.. Damn natty life :( aha!
